Our Support Services
Treasurer Role
We carry out regular Treasurer duties
in the absence of a volunteer Treasurer at your organisation.
Our packages offer monthly, quarterly and annual treasurer services, to suit the size of your organisation.
We can mentor and support a new volunteer treasurer for an initial period until they are confident to go it alone.
Prices are on a sliding scale to correspond with the amount of work, size, needs and affordability of the group.
Financial Management and Governance
We will support your new or established organisation by
increasing the whole committees understanding of the governance responsibilities including for organisational finances
by a combination of:

attending committee meetings

mentoring
-
providing information and guidance

sharing useful techniques
-
signposting to other free support.
If we are not involved with your organisation's treasurer duties or financial management we can also
carry out an independent examination of your annual accounts.
Fundraising
Our services include:
Compiling a medium term fundraising plan
Drafting project budgets for
grant applications
General fundraising and grant guidance.
Mentoring and training
One-to-one, or group mentoring
and
training workshops
to enhance the
financial literacy, confidence
and skills of your volunteers.
